Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Practice Management in Brampton or North York, ON. This hybrid role balances in-office clinic operations with remote work and focuses on a modern product platform serving clinicians and patients.

You will lead discovery, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery, with emphasis on operational excellence and AI-enabled improvements across practice workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a healthcare technology environment.”
• Experience with practice management systems, EMRs, referrals, scheduling, or operational healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for Practice Management, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Run continuous discovery using user research, analytics, and conversations with clinicians, admins, patients, and prospects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to move from discovery through shipped functionality with clear scoping and trade-offs.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical operations, programs, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-impact work.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled capabilities and automation to improve clinic and patient workflows.
• Track partners and competitors to anticipate industry trends and sharpen the platform's market positioning.
