Splitsville Entertainment in Pickering is hiring a Team Member for our brand-new centre, anticipated to start November 16, 2026. We offer part-time and full-time roles with a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment.

As a Team Member you will provide exceptional service, assist guests with bowling experiences, handle inquiries, and help maintain high standards across food, promotions, and cleanliness. Join us for growth, training, and a fun workplace that values every guest and colleague.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, ensuring drink levels, and clearing clutter.
• Record FPS and address lane stop calls promptly.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain daily operation records with checklists and communication book.
• Keep work areas clean and meet Splitsville cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Perform other duties as required.

A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we’d like to hear from you!

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
