Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Canada’s Nanaimo region is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced bowling and dining environment.

You will be part of a dynamic team, providing friendly service, assisting guests with bowling, handling inquiries, and keeping areas clean and well stocked. The role offers ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within our management programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare food following recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in after service and maintaining drink levels.
• Record FPS issues and promptly address lane stop calls.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or close.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
