We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead Warehouse to join our team. The role involves training warehouse staff, performing warehouse and CSR duties as needed, and managing store orders.

Primary Objective

To perform customer service and warehouse duties while leading warehouse and/or Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives in their responsibilities.

Major Functions and Scope

• Train, coach, and guide Warehouse Associates and/or Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives.
• Perform warehouse and CSR duties as required.
• Manage all aspects of Order Management.
• Handle purchasing activities, including placing and receiving POs in systems and warehouse.
• Execute inventory management and order fulfillment tasks.
• Perform office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
• Provide showroom service when necessary.
• Serve as a resource for other SSC associates.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Forklift Operator.
• At least 3 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Skills required include math, organization, training, communication, multitasking, time management, leadership, teamwork, judgment, attention to detail, and safety awareness.

Additional Job Information

The role requires standing, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, sitting, climbing, balancing, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with team assistance is necessary. Visual requirements include close and peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
