As we expand operations to Montreal, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to play a key role in establishing a high-performance warehouse culture and driving operational excellence.

Position Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while working closely with our B.C.-based Operations Manager. This leadership role requires someone who can both strategize and execute, ensuring that all processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure all staff are trained and certified in required areas (e.g., First Aid, Dangerous Goods, Forklift operation).

• Maintain and promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

• Coordinate with carriers and manage shipping and receiving logistics.

• Implement lean warehouse practices to minimize waste and inefficiencies.

• Open and secure the warehouse daily.

• Generate revenue through the sale of abandoned freight via platforms such as eBay and Amazon.

• Ensure timely completion of all receiving, shipping, and consolidation activities.

• Perform other duties as required by operational needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience:Minimum 2 years in a warehouse supervisory role with strong knowledge of dangerous goods handling.

• Skills:
