Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for supporting the planning of warehouse activities, optimizing resources and process execution, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a positive and safe work environment while respecting company values and business ethics.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and prioritize warehouse activities related to reception, storage, and expedition;
• Manage team KPIs, such as CVP audits and follow-ups;
• Lead team meetings to communicate evening plans (lifts, trans-pallets drivers, containers, etc.);
• Propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and problem-solving;
• Run reports multiple times a night to monitor action plans, gaps like missing boxes, pick and put priorities, etc.;
• Check for pricing errors;
• Issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and set evening shift priorities;
• Conduct research on SAP as needed and address discrepancies;
• Promote best practices and ensure compliance with Health and Safety norms;
• Prepare and participate in transition meetings between day and evening shifts, ensuring seamless information transfer;
• Coach and develop team members;
• Develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, CVP meetings, etc., and document in UTRACK;
• Prepare picks for the next day;
• Conduct audits on CDI processes.

Job Requirements

• Two to five years of supervisory experience;
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is an asset;
• Strong communication and coaching skills;
• Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
