We offer a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + monthly commissions and team sales incentives + benefits + 3 weeks paid vacation...and much much more...

What you'll own

• Lead and elevate team performance by fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement that strengthens merchant satisfaction, operational excellence, and business results.
• Drive exceptional merchant outcomes by ensuring complex issues, escalations, and service challenges are resolved effectively, protecting client relationships and reinforcing trust in Global Payments.
• Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, enhance service delivery, and create a better experience for merchants, colleagues, and business partners.
• Influence business growth opportunities by strengthening merchant relationships, uncovering opportunities to expand value, and supporting revenue growth while maintaining a client-first approach.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and change initiatives that improve processes, support strategic objectives, and ensure teams are prepared to successfully navigate evolving business needs.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in client management, customer support, account management, operations, payment services, or a related field, with a track record of delivering strong business and client outcomes.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with experience identifying opportunities, implementing improvements, and driving measurable results.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex situations in a fast-paced environment.

It's a bonus if you have

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading process optimization, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, financial services, or a related industry.
