Job description

Chip and Dale Homes Inc. is a Non-Profit organization providing residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking a Temporary Full Time Team Leader Assistant for 18 months in one of our homes.

The Team Leader Assistant will work 72 hours bi-weekly (must be able to work evening and every other weekend and be willing to take on call responsibilities in the Team Leader's absence).

The Team Leader Assistant is responsible for helping the Team Leader with responsibilities in the home. This includes, but is not limited to, training new staff, scheduling and supervising team members, medical appointments, medication ordering, recreation planning and implementation, as well as, direct support to the individuals in the home.

The ideal candidate must be self motivated, person-centered, must have a Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license having passed all probationary requirements, be flexible, enthusiastic, and professional.

A valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector check search less than 3 months will be accepted.
