Croesus, Laval-based wealth management software company, seeks a Team Leader to guide a skilled engineering team. You will steer design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements of our platform while mentoring engineers and driving high-quality delivery.

The role blends technical contribution with leadership in a hybrid setup, requiring strong French/English skills and a proven record building financial software.

Qualifications

• French fluency (oral & written) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the financial sector is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing software team.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to define objectives and plan workloads.
• Contribute technically to system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality software through peer reviews and best practices.
