The role requires a strong leadership track record, deep software expertise, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• French fluency is mandatory (oral and written).
• Minimum 10 years in software development, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Experience in the financial sector is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented software team, guiding technical deliverables and growth.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the platform with high standards.
