The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a commitment to providing a positive in-store experience for customers and staff, including covering varied shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and be a peer leader.
• Experience with POS management, banking procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
• Provide support to store and assistant managers in their absence.
• Model selling and customer service behaviours for an exceptional in-store experience.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory duties.
• Collaborate with management to implement action plans and optimize results.
