HUB International in Langley, BC, is seeking individuals to support Commercial Auto ICBC accounts, assisting with fleet transactions and account maintenance. You will provide high‑level service to clients and work closely with Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors.

A Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain it within 3 months is required, with prior Commercial Auto experience preferred.

• Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
• Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts.
• Perform ICBC fleet transactions as requested and directed.
• Maintain fleet accounts and update client information as changes occur.
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external clients.
• Support Admin/Batcher with ICBC batching, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Enter documents into Autolink and liaise with ICBC as required.
• Deposit ICBC funds daily and assist with inventory control.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts
• Performing ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors
• Assisting with the maintenance of fleet accounts
• Providing a high-level of service to both internal and external clients
• Updating client information as changes occur
• Supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching: Reconcile previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)
• Quality check and correct documents to ensure there are no errors
• Enter documents into Autolink
• Liaise with ICBC as required
• Liaise with ICBC revenue banking as required
• Deposit ICBC funds daily
• Assist with inventory control
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
