Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Auto Mobile Associate in British Columbia to build, serve, and maintain relationships with clients and dealerships, offering ICBC and private insurance products. You will proactively provide solutions and manage a broad set of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, transfers, and cancellations, while aiming to meet performance targets.

• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.
• Develop new business by cross selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

A day in the life

• Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.
• Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

Salary Expectations – The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $50,000 to $65,000, plus commission that will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
