The ideal candidate will handle interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding while representing the client at events and maintaining strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams effectively.
• Interpersonal & Relationship-Building – Develops rapport with candidates and internal teams.
• Time Management & Multitasking – Handles multiple hiring processes efficiently.
• Problem-Solving Abilities – Finds creative solutions to fill hard-to-fill positions.
• Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through job postings, networking, and recruitment events.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage candidate pipelines.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Provide recommendations on candidates based on skills, experience, and company culture fit.
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Assist with pre-employment background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Represent Our Client at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking meetups.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and universities for future hiring needs.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report hiring metrics.
