Randstad Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Laval to manage end-to-end recruitment for 20–25 positions, primarily for Ontario operations and the call center. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, strategic market mapping, and close collaboration with hiring managers to deliver a candidate-first experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, strong English fluency, and a passion for building a long-term career in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful recruitment experience (agency, retail, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing background highly valued).
• Advanced/Expert English fluency (written and spoken) to interact daily with Ontario.
