Job summary

Randstad Canada is partnering with a global transportation and logistics company to recruit for their talent acquisition team, focusing on operational recruitment in warehouse and supply chain roles.

The position is a temporary 5-month contract with the possibility of extension, fully remote with in-person training, and scheduled for 37.5 hours per week. Compensation ranges from CAD 27 to CAD 30 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or transportation environment is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic background in HR is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions.
• Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous).
• Collaborate with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
• Utilize ADP software.
• Maintain and update data in Excel.
• Participate in improving recruitment processes.

Our partner, a Global company in the transportation and logistics sector with a high volume of upcoming hires, is looking for their next colleague to join their talent acquisition team. The role is focused on operational recruitment within a warehouse / supply chain environment.

Job Type: Temporary contract for a 5-month period (possibility of extension)

Location: Remote (In-person training)
