Qualifications

• Bilingual communication in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily maintenance & repair requests from various Retail Industry Clients and colleagues within the office.
• Keep clients fully informed from beginning to end of service.
• Follow-up with Service Technicians.
• Ensure invoicing is kept up to date and client terms are respected.
• Handle basic quotations for service calls that surpass client NTEs.
• Find new resources to help maintain a competitive edge nationally.
• Order entry and various administrative clerical tasks.

Job description

Our client in Dorval in the construction industry is currently looking for a service coordinator for their service department. This candidate is required to manage the daily maintenance & repair service calls requested by our national retail/commercial industry clients while ensuring that the quality of service and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Advantages

• Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM - 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)
• 50,000$-60,000$ (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manages daily maintenance & repair requests from various Retail Industry Clients as well as colleagues within the office.
• Keep clients fully informed from beginning to end of service
• Follow-up with Service Technicians
• Ensure that invoicing is kept up to date and that we are respecting our client’s terms
• Handle basic quotations for service calls that surpass our client’s NTEs
• Finding new resources to help us maintain a competitive edge in the industry (nationally).
• Order entry with various administrative clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Strong bilingual communication skills – both verbal and written
• English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
• Experience in a construction environment or previous job
• Versatile and flexible under high pressure situations
• Provide direction and solutions to technician’s who are handling the service call
• Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources
• Strong organizational skills
• Has good negotiation skills
