Dawn Recruiting Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Toronto to partner with leadership and build top-tier teams from the ground up. You will own the full lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for Sales & Operations roles in a fast-paced environment.

You will shape proactive strategies, assess candidates for skills and cultural fit, and help forecast hiring needs while promoting our employer brand and excellence in every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute proactive recruiting strategies tailored to Sales & Operations hiring needs
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit using proven selection methods
• Partner with leadership to forecast and plan monthly/annual hiring needs
• Represent the organization's employer brand and culture of excellence in every candidate interaction
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future opportunities
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
• Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives for new hires

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or a high-volume environment
• Confidence sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and networking
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics as part of your hiring criteria
• Experience with a range of selection tools, including phone/video interviews and reference checks
• Strong working knowledge of ATS/CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the DAWN job app
• Comfortable representing the organization at job fairs and hiring events
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), Teams, and Google Meet
• Experience using Criteria or similar candidate assessment tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
