The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our team and lead recruitment efforts across global markets, specifically North America. This role has room for growth as we continue developing, expanding, and improving our recruiting process and the company continues to grow through mergers and acquisition and organic growth.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, demonstrating strong teamwork, flexibility, and agility in their work approach. They should possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, be proficient with applicant tracking systems, and have the ability to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
