Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our team and lead recruitment efforts across global markets, specifically North America. This role offers room for growth as we develop, expand, and improve our recruiting process amidst company growth through mergers, acquisitions, and organic development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit for positions across all practice areas and regions, focusing on North America. Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Communicate regularly on recruitment status and efforts, providing updates to internal teams and stakeholders, and delivering quality results efficiently.
  • Use social media and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Vet candidates effectively, understanding what resonates with specific hiring managers.
  • Develop knowledge of local job markets and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal clients.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and stay informed of industry trends.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience as a global full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting high-quality candidates consistently.
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and resume databases.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective team player with the ability to manage multiple searches and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters ATS is advantageous.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications

  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours if needed.
