We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team. As part of our dynamic team of six talent acquisition specialists, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent for a wide range of positions.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives aligned with our People and Culture plan. These projects will support our organization’s ambitions and your professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Canada to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving and innovating our talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• Passion and expertise in human connections and recruitment, with enthusiasm for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively across Canada.
• Proactive and creative personality with strong initiative to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
