Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is a Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, with a strategic recruitment role centered on IT positions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with client managers to craft targeted attraction and assessment strategies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will engage with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes, contributing to a flexible, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented and adaptable recruitment professional with executive search experience.
• Fluent bilingual English/French with strong stakeholder management.
• Capable of managing time, autonomy and initiative in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees, mainly for IT positions.
• Work with client managers to understand goals and develop candidate attraction and assessment strategies.
• Use headhunting to identify target candidates and assess potential fit.
• Serve as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team on processes and recruitment projects.
