Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Mississauga is seeking a strategic HR professional to lead full recruitment cycles for a fast-paced logistics operation. You will build and maintain an internal talent pool to quickly respond to daily operational needs and partner with station managers.

You’ll use Workday, monitor performance indicators, and communicate with operations to optimize staffing, attendance, and readiness. Strong bilingual FR/EN is required to connect with teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally in volume recruitment or an operational environment.
• Ability to deliver within short timelines and stay organized.
• Experience with Workday.
• Strong partnership mindset with station managers.
• Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, as you will communicate with people across the country.
