Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead in Montreal to manage the full recruitment cycle, primarily for IT roles. You will partner with client managers to understand goals and design tailored candidate attraction and assessment strategies.

You will use headhunting to identify top talent, act as an ambassador for Intelcom to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborate with the HR team to continually improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• You are results-oriented with strong adaptability.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition including senior positions and managing internal executive level clients.
• Bilingual (English and French).
• Ability to manage your time, your autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected.
• Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude!
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities
