Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a seasoned accounting/process improvement professional to identify and master current state processes, define gaps, and participate in redesigns for large-scale projects.

Applicants should have a CPA, 5–7 years in a similar role, and proven ability to collaborate across departments, communicate clearly, and manage risk with measurable quality control. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university.
• CPA designation.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Targeted process management: Identify, define and master the current state of a process, both accounting and operational.
• Identify major gaps in the process and participate in redesign of business case processes for large-scale projects.
• Participate in the design of applicable solutions with various departments.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate risks; monitor risk mitigation efforts.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for deliverables and monitor quality of outputs.
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders after implementing recommendations.
