Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Montreal is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the full recruitment cycle, primarily for IT roles, and to collaborate with client managers to tailor candidate attraction and assessment strategies.

You will apply headhunting techniques to identify target candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, while partnering with HR to refine processes. This role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition including senior positions and managing internal executive level clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English and French).
• Ability to manage time and autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected.
• Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude.
