Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, delivering fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment cycle and actively pool and deploy talent to meet daily operational needs.

You will partner with station managers, leverage Workday, and communicate across Canada in French and English to keep talent flowing and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally in volume recruitment or an operational environment.
• Ability to deliver within short timelines and stay organized.
• Experience with Workday.
• Strong partnership mindset with station managers.
• Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, as you will communicate with people across the country.
