Liferaft, a Halifax-based SaaS company, is open to candidates in Halifax on a hybrid basis or fully remote within Canada in Eastern/Atlantic time zones. You will be Liferaft’s dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, owning hiring across GTM, Engineering, Product & Innovation, and G&A, and also owning onboarding, learning, recognition and retention programs.

This builder-implementer role comes with autonomy to turn ideas into programs and measurable outcomes, leveraging AI to streamline sourcing,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS.
• Experience as a sole or lead recruiter with 20+ hires per year across functions.
• Technical hiring across engineering, data/AI/ML, product and design, plus GTM hiring.

Aufgaben

• Own recruitment across all functions from intake to offer.
• Set criteria, structured interviews and scorecards with hiring managers.
• Build pipelines and stay current on competitor hiring and comp.
• Own Workable administration, reporting, templates and candidate data.
• Manage recruitment vendors, job boards and background checks.
• Support internal career ladders and job architecture alignment.
