Job summary

HUB International Windsor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and partner with leaders to hire top talent who fit our culture.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will manage technical and non-technical roles across Canada, using Workday ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, while driving diversity and speed to fill in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in talent acquisition in Canada in the financial/insurance sector.
Experience with HRIS and ATS such as Workday and online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed).
Proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies that build candidate pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring leaders and influence decisions.
Bilingual French/English considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Deliver full-cycle recruitment with proactive sourcing and selection strategies to hire top talent aligned to culture, knowledge, and experience.
Recruit for specialized and/or technical roles at individual contributor and management levels using multi-pronged sourcing.
Maintain a constantly updated pipeline of diverse candidates for areas of recruiting.
Assist with behavioral interviewing technique design and staffing services.
Identify and recommend trends and tools to maximize recruiting efficiency.
Support building diverse teams and prioritize representation across the organization.
