Job summary

Procom, on behalf of a Banking client, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support day-to-day recruitment, focusing on high-level and diverse portfolios. The role is remote but based out of the client’s Toronto office and involves partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop talent strategies, analyze metrics, and help shape the candidate experience while maintaining knowledge of HR policies and recruitment programs.
