Procom, on behalf of a Banking client, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support day-to-day recruitment, focusing on high-level and diverse portfolios. The role is remote but based out of the client’s Toronto office and involves partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop talent strategies, analyze metrics, and help shape the candidate experience while maintaining knowledge of HR policies and recruitment programs.

Formación

• Executive-level exposure and strong business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple senior-level searches.
• Experience recruiting for a complex portfolio with national scope.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Talent Advisor for designated portfolios.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies.
• Advise business leads on talent market gaps.
• Focus on optimizing Hiring Manager and candidate experience.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and recruitment programs.
• Cultivate relationships with HR partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Promote the employer brand in the marketplace.
