Job summary

National Bank in Canada seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with business leaders across Capital Markets and other sectors. You will attract top talent, build talent pools, and guide managers from workforce planning through offer negotiation in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes developing recruitment strategies for specialized roles, leading projects to improve processes, and promoting an inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment; OR hold a master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in headhunting, and talent pool management.
  • Have experience advising leaders and supporting recruitment activities within large or complex organizations.
  • Show expertise in developing recruitment strategies for specialized or business-critical roles.
  • Possess experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use data, market insights, and recruitment metrics to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Your role
