Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a capable HR Coordinator to support a team of recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for administrative or technical inquiries and will help ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders, handling Workday tasks, and contributing to ongoing TA projects. This is a 6-month contract with hybrid work, located in Toronto with future relocation to Mississauga.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition as a coordinator or administrator.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of recruiters to provide coordination and administrative services across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Interact with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday and related systems.
• Review talent acquisition processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
