Job summary

Aecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Toronto, ON for a maternity leave contract. You will drive full-cycle recruitment in the Civil sector, manage job descriptions, post roles, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and perform background checks.

You will partner with the HR team, use SAP and SuccessFactors, and report on TA metrics, while working a hybrid schedule three days in office. Applicants from Canada and the US are welcome.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HRM, BA or related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting recruitment across Canada and the US.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment within the Civil operating sector.
• Create and maintain job descriptions as required.
• Post requisitions internally and externally and source candidates via media.
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
• Conduct background and reference checks as required.
• Generate TA reports and metrics.
