Work Location: Regina (hybrid work option available)

Pay Range: $81,758 - $109,002 - This job has been provisionally rated. As a result, the pay range is subject to change upon final job evaluation review by the Job Evaluation Committee.

Closes: April 9 , 2026

We’re looking for an HR Consultant to join our Talent Development team—someone who’s energized by building capability and making learning stick. In this role, you’ll lead training intake and needs assessments, then design and deliver learning experiences that help employees and leaders grow the skills they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs, and instructional design to ensure programs align with SGI and SGI CANADA’s priorities—and you’ll use feedback and data to continuously improve what we offer.

We hope you consider applying if you:

  • Bring strong HR, talent development and learning design expertise
  • Think strategically, connecting learning solutions to organizational priorities and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate with confidence and adapt your style to engage diverse audiences
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, business partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Enjoy coaching and developing others by providing oversight and support to junior team members.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as Business; a certificate or diploma in adult education and five years’ experience in training and development. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset. We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way, so please don't hesitate to apply. We'd love to hear from you!
