AutoCanada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep recruitment organized and moving forward. You’ll post opportunities, maintain trackers, close requisitions, and partner with Talent Acquisition team members on high-priority searches across Canada.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in Talent Acquisition or HR or administrative role
• Experience in high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in HR, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Ensure postings are accurate and aligned with branding and strategy.
• Monitor and update postings to reflect current information.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS to track requisitions and candidates.
• Manage referral and internal candidate program processes and payroll submission.
• Handle Talent Acquisition inbox queries from hiring managers and candidates.
• Oversee headcount approvals and posting authorizations.
• Create job profiles with standard templates.
• Produce reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sources, status).
• Manage end-to-end closure of requisitions.
• Support multiple TA Partners in a fast-moving environment.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR for smooth new-hire transitions.
• Build relationships with schools and institutions for technician pipelines.
• Coordinate career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Source and screen candidates for high-priority roles as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support TA team.
