Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Legal, Communications, Marketing, IT, Finance, and more. You will partner with managers to align hiring with business needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will manage end-to-end processes, from needs assessment to onboarding, while delivering an excellent candidate experience and leveraging advanced tools like ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience, including complex roles.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for key positions.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, onboarding.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in full cycle corporate recruitment, including complex roles (Legal, Communications, Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.).
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• You demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• You have managed roles in Canada, USA, and International.

• You have excellent command of sourcing techniques (Boolean etc.) and digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• You have knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e., SuccessFactors)
