Qualifications

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented, with demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation.
• Proven skills in time management, planning and organization.
• Bilingual: French and English. This position requires proficiency in English as the role involves communicating with candidates, clients, and partners located both within Quebec and outside Quebec.
