Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Dorval, Quebec, seeks a recruiter to design and execute high-volume recruitment strategies for manufacturing teams. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to onboarding, partnering with training, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field, has 1–3 years in talent acquisition, and is fluent in French and English. Experience in manufacturing, unionized or aerospace environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment processes for plant positions and develop onboarding schedules with training teams.

• Review and continuously improve recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize outcomes.
