Job summary

Continental, including ContiTech Canada, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract and recruit top talent in support of its growth objectives. You will partner with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and promote strong employer branding.

The role emphasizes a strategic approach to sourcing, screening, and candidate experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources completed, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent command of French.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Membership in a professional HR association/order is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure follow‑up throughout the selection process.
• Recommend the best candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
• Promote the employer brand and contribute to talent attraction and retention initiatives.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise and support managers in identifying their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
