  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and hiring.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes for plant positions and onboarding schedules with training teams.
  • Innovate talent attraction strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Review and continuously improve recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and optimize outcomes.

What are your contributions to the team?


  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring in a manufacturing environment.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and requisition intake to onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and hiring.

  • Coordinate pre-employment processes for plant positions and develop onboarding schedules in collaboration with training teams.

  • Implement innovative talent attraction strategies and build qualified talent pipelines to support the organization's current and future workforce needs.

  • Participate in the review and continuous improvement of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as an ambassador for the employer brand.

  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize the effectiveness and outcomes of the talent acquisition function.


How to thrive in this role?


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
