Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Tactical Security Guard in Trenton, Ontario, to protect people and property, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents. The role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication, and sound judgment to handle fast-paced environments.

Starting pay is $19.31 per hour with a full-time continental rotation schedule (two weeks days, two weeks nights). GardaWorld offers uniform provision, benefits, education funding, and clear career growth paths.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety procedures and standards.
• Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed.
• Intervene during an emergency or crisis.

GardaWorld is seeking highly motivated and professional Tactical Security Guardsto provide a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, staff, and thepublic.

This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills,sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents andemergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Rate: $19.31/Hour

Schedule: FULL TIME continental rotation; two weeks days then two weeks nights.

Shift Timings: 08:00-20:00 (nights) & 20:00-08:00 (days)
