Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking highly motivated Tactical Security Guards to provide a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, staff, and the public in Picton, Ontario. This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of CAD 19.31/hour, a fixed schedule (two weeks days, two weeks nights), and opportunities

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Holder of a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of people and property
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
• Enforce safety procedures and standards
• Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed
• Intervene during an emergency or crisis
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment

GardaWorld is seeking highly motivated and professional Tactical Security Guards to provide a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, staff, and the public.

This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Rate: $19.31/Hour

Schedule: FULL TIME continental rotation; two weeks days then two weeks nights.

Shift Timings: 08:00-20:00 (nights) & 20:00-08:00 (days)
