Cache Creek Casino Resort seeks a Table Games Pit Supervisor to manage the assigned pit's personnel and daily operations, ensuring service standards and regulatory compliance. You will oversee Dealers, monitor table action, and safeguard assets while coordinating with Surveillance and Pit Manager on issues.

The role includes training teammates, maintaining inventory, and handling credit markers. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards casino assets.
• Directs and supervises Table Games Dealers and monitors table action for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Inspects cards, cubes, and tiles for damage; reports shortages to Pit Manager.
• Maintains table bank inventory through fills and credits; manages table openers/closures.
• Performs table inventory procedures at shift change.
• Issues markers within credit lines and processes marker payments.
• Controls game pace for all games in assigned pit section.
• Reviews payouts and resolves customer disputes, escalating when needed.
• Monitors game activity and guest activity; reports to the Pit Manager.
• Disciplines or commends staff; assists in training and mentoring.
• Performs computer functions for smooth department operations.
• Communicates with Surveillance and reports on gaming-related issues.
