Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead a team in daily operations and ensure high standards of safety and sanitation across all outlets.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a large restaurant or hotel with banquet function exposure, a high school diploma or GED, and consideration for bilingual candidates. Training and shift scheduling are involved.

Qualifications

• Operator must be able to supervise a team and run daily operations.
• Experience with safety and sanitation policies is required.
• MSDS sheets knowledge is expected for chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
• Manage assigned staff throughout daily operations.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies consistently.
• Train staff and maintain MSDS sheets.
• Setup banquet equipment and attend BEO meetings.
• Maintain dish machines and cleaning schedules.
• Oversee Back of the House cleaning per shift.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Interact with departmental managers to provide support.
