The successful candidate will monitor game action, maintain security and accuracy, and participate in performance reviews and scheduling, contributing to a dynamic and high-energy casino

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in table games or casino operations.
• Excellent customer service and guest relation skills.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise Dealers and Dealer Supervisors; ensure policy and regulation compliance.
• Act as relief Casino Shift Manager as required.
• Maintain high standard of game security and customer service.
• Maximize efficiencies by monitoring games and floor activity.
• Open/close table games as needed and manage betting limits.
• Maintain PIT LOG with summaries of key activity and cash flow.
• Train relief managers and assist Table Games leadership.
