Job summary

HRAI is seeking a Systems Administrator - Business Applications & Operations to support our CRM and IT infrastructure. You will work under the IT Director to maintain iMIS EMS, Microsoft 365 suite, and cloud services, while enhancing security and automation across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and documentation. Hybrid work near Toronto Pearson; salary range CDN 80k–85k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supporting CRM, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
• Experience delivering technology and user support in a business environment.
• Experience supporting both business applications and infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across apps, cloud, and devices.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, identity/access administration, backups, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational administrator for HRAI’s iMIS EMS platform with Level 1–2 support.
• Support business applications and platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Zoom, and other systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud services: Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure.
• Manage endpoint devices, provisioning, lifecycle, servers, Hyper‑V, backups, DR, and monitoring.
• Provide Level 1–2 tech support for devices, apps, and cloud issues.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding including device setup and access provisioning.
• Support cybersecurity operations: MFA, conditional access, alerts, remediation.
• Collaborate with external partners for escalation or specialized work.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows and productivity.
• Assist staff adoption of new technologies with guidance, training, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.
