Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development, or related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the nonprofit or public sector, frontline or system navigation role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps or similar CRM/database platforms.
