  • Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and service delivery practices within the Navigation and Support Centre.
  • Facilitating worksite meetings and promoting effective collaboration among service providers and ministry partners.
  • Providing orientation and onboarding support to new teams and staff operating within the Centre.
  • Monitoring site operations and identifying service delivery issues, safety concerns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinating with community agencies, service providers, and government partners to support integrated service delivery.
  • Providing presentations, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and representing the Navigation and Support Centre at community planning tables and engagement activities.
  • Supporting the development of responses, briefing materials, operational updates, and other information requests.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships that enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes for vulnerable Albertans.

Salary: $3148.20 to 4126.82 bi-weekly ($82, 168.02 - $107, 710/year)

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications

University degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or a related field, plus four years of progressively responsible related experience.

  • One year of education for one year of experience; or

Assets
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health concerns, addictions, housing instability, or other complex social challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with community agencies, service providers, government partners, or health providers.
  • Experience providing leadership, onboarding, training, or operational coordination in a service delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of the homeless-serving system of care and the Alberta Recovery Model.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hours of Work and Location
  • 36.25 hours per week (full-time), Monday to Friday.
  • Primary work location is the Calgary Navigation and Support Centre (428 9 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta).
  • Travel to the Edmonton Navigation and Support Centre may be required based on operational needs.

Final candidates will be required to undergo a criminal records check (CRC) and an academic credentials verification.
