Your Role

Let’s discuss how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Administering Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra), managing identities, groups, roles, and synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.
• Utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune for device and application management and security.
• Monitoring service health and diagnosing issues using various tools, including event logs and security updates.
• Maintaining on-premise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems, ensuring reliability and performance of cloud and on-premise environments.
• Owning escalated help desk tickets and mentoring help desk staff.
• Creating and maintaining IT process documentation.
• Assisting in planning and executing new IT initiatives.
• Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional IT services organization-wide.
